可透過本網站 訂購手碟 ，又或Whatsapp 92231073 或電郵至 play@panlab.hk 訂購

2.付款方式 Payment methods 

可透過以下方式付全額，或先付訂金港幣$5,000

銀行/本網站/應用程式： 

銀行轉賬、轉數快、網站訂購系統付款、Payme

門店：

信用卡(Visa / MasterCard / AE card ) －
以匯豐/渣打信用卡購買手碟可享免息分期計劃，有關付款詳情請聯絡我們查詢

3.需要等候時間 Waiting time

一般等候時間為 6 - 8 個星期，當收到你的訂金後，我們會於48小時內以電郵或whatsapp將確認訊息傳給你。

We will send you a confirmation message via Whatsapp or E-mail within 48 hours once the deposit is received. The waiting time will be approximately 6 to 8 weeks, we will notice you if extra time is needed. 

 

 

4.取貨方法 

我們會與您聯絡，預約前來位於牛頭角的工作室取碟
We will contact you via Whatsapp or E-mail for your handpan collection from our studio located at Ngau Tau Kok.

 

 

5.可否訂製 Is Custom made handpan available?

我們有提供訂製服務。

 

6.會否有退款？

訂金不設退款，手碟售出後恕不退換。

 

7.手碟軟袋需要另外購買嗎？

不需要。訂購手碟，可獲免費特製Panlab手碟軟袋。

 
 

8.會否有海外服務？Will panlab handpan be available for overseas buyer?

會。但會視乎地區而定，詳情請聯絡我們查詢。
